基层党建引领新时代乡村振兴的实践进路——以天水市某县T镇为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略对农业农村现代化及全面建设社会主义现代化国家意义重大。以西北地区T镇为例,从产业兴旺等五方面系统阐述农村基层党组织在乡村振兴中的关键作用,总结建章立制等有益经验,剖析党支部作用不足等问题,提出了强化政治建设等实践路径。The rural revitalization strategy is of great significance to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,as well as to the comprehensive building of a modern socialist country.Taking Town T in the northwest region as an example,this paper systematically elaborates on the key role of grassroots rural Party organizations in rural revitalization from five aspects,including thriving industries.It summarizes useful experiences such as the establishment of rules and systems,analyzes issues related to the insufficient role of Party branches,and proposes practical paths such as strengthening political construction.
