摘 要:培养高质量的乡村旅游人才队伍,是有效缓解乡村人才缺口、助力乡村振兴的重要举措。构建合理的乡村旅游人才培养质量评价体系,不仅能衡量和反馈人才培养的质量是否满足社会、文化以及乡村振兴发展的需求,还能为高职院校持续优化乡村旅游人才培养工作提供有益指导。基于CIPP模式构建了高职乡村旅游人才培养质量评价模型和评价指标体系,评价体系既覆盖了乡村旅游人才培养的全程性和动态性,又结合了过程性和结果性评价,为实现高质量乡村旅游人才培养提供实证参考。Cultivating high-quality rural tourist talents can not only effectively alleviate the gap of rural talents,but also be an important measure to help rural revitalization.The construction of a reasonable evaluation system for the quality of rural tourism talent training can not only measure and feedback whether the quality of talent training meets the needs of society,culture and rural revitalization and development,but also provide beneficial guidance for higher vocational colleges to continuously optimize the training of rural tourism talents.Based on the CIPP evaluation model,the evaluation model and evaluation index system of the quality of rural tourism talent training in higher vocational colleges are constructed.The evaluation system not only covers the whole process and dynamic nature of rural tourism talent training,but also combines the process and result evaluation,which provides a certain reference for the realization of high-quality rural tourism talent training.
