摘  要:针对传统修复方法效率较低,且具有二次破坏风险的问题,提出一套结合三维扫描和计算机虚拟拼接技术的秦俑修复流程。即通过三维激光扫描生成残片的点云数据,经Geomagic Studio逆向生成三角网格模型后进行虚拟拼接,进而指导现场拼接。以一套较为完整的秦俑残片组为案例,将虚拟拼接与现场拼接模型通过ICP算法进行对比,其模型差异可达毫米级别。这为基于虚拟拼接模型通过3D打印或雕刻等方法复制陶俑,以替代现场拼接工作完成整俑展览或研究提供了参考。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and secondary damage risk of traditional restoration methods,a set of virtual restoration process of Terra-cotta warriors combining 3D scanning and virtual splicing technology is proposed.This method included the generation of point cloud for debris through 3D laser scanning,and reverses modeling of triangular mesh model by Geomagic Studio,which was used for virtual splicing and guiding physical splicing.Taking a relatively complete set of fragments as an example,the virtual model was compared with the physical by ICP algorithm.The results shows that the difference between virtual and physical model can reach in millimeter level.This provides a reference for virtual model based on 3D printing or sculpture to replicate the terra-cotta warriors instead of on-site splicing work to complete the entire Terra-cotta Warriors exhibition or research.
