血培养阳性率与护士采集血培养血量之间关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:血培养是辅助诊断BSI最重要的方法,探索护士采集BCs样本血量与BCs阳性率之间的关系。方法:回顾分析2022-2023年福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院BCs实验室数据,采用非参数检验和χ^(2)检验对数据进行分析。结果:2022年为6831例,2023年为9014例。2022年BCs样本血量为8.13(6.42,9.32)mL,2023年BCs样本血量9.32(6.61,9.31)mL高于2022年(P<0.001)。2023年(8,10]mL的样本数为4502例,占49.94%,高于2022年(8,10]mL的样本数2814例,占41.19%。2023年BCs阳性样本检出为948例,阳性率10.52%显著高于2022年505例,阳性率7.39%。2023年和2022年之间的阳性率差异与血量有关(P<0.001)。结论:BCs血量在(8,10]mL时,能够提高BCs阳性检出率,提高(8,10]mL的BCs的比重,能够提高BCs阳性检出率。Objective:Blood cultures(BCs)are the most important method for auxiliary diagnosis of bloodstream infections(BSIs),and this study aims to explore the relationship between the volume of blood samples collected by nurses for blood cultures(BCs)and the positivity rate of BCs.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on BCs laboratory data from a tertiary hospital in Quanzhou City for the years 2022 and 2023.Nonparametric tests and chi-square tests were used to analyze the data.Results:There were 6831 cases in 2022 and 9014 cases in 2023.The BCs sample blood volume was 8.13 mL(6.42,9.32)mL in 2022 and 9.32 mL(6.61,9.31)mL in 2023,which was higher than that in 2022(P<0.001).In 2023,the number of samples within the volume range of(8,10]mL was 4502,accounting for 49.94%,which was higher than the 2814 samples(41.19%)in the same volume range in 2022.The number of positive BCs samples in 2023 was 948,with a positivity rate of 10.52%,significantly higher than the 505 positive samples(7.39%)in 2022.The difference in positivity rates between 2023 and 2022 was related to blood volume(P<0.001).Conclusion:When the BCs blood volume is within the range of(8,10]mL,the positivity rate of BCs can be improved.Increasing the proportion of BCs samples within the(8,10]mL range can enhance the positivity detection rate.
