笑气吸入镇静技术在口腔种植牙舒适化护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口腔种植牙患者手术中使用笑气镇静技术进行临床护理的效果评估。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年10月在徐州市中心医院口腔科进行口腔种植的60例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在进行种植牙手术中采用笑气吸入镇静+局部麻醉实施手术护理;对照组常规局麻下护理。应用改良牙科焦虑量表(modified dental anxiety scale,MDAS)和视觉模拟标尺(visual analog scale,VAS)比较两组患者护理前后抑郁、焦虑情况。结果:两组患者均顺利实施种植手术。实验组患者VAS评分(3.26±1.30)分与对照组(5.38±1.60)分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组采用笑气镇静前后患者MDAS评分明显下降,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔种植术中应用笑气能够减轻患者的焦虑心理,提高患者舒适度及护理满意度。Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of nitrous oxide sedation technique in clinical nursing during oral implant surgery.Methods:60 patients who underwent oral implant surgery in the Stomatological Department of Xuzhou Central Hospital between May 2019 and October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received surgery with nitrous oxide inhalation sedation plus local anesthesia for nursing;the control group received routine nursing under local anesthesia.The Modified Dental Anxiety Scale(MDAS)and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)were used to compare depression and anxiety levels before and after nursing between the two groups.Results:Both groups successfully underwent the implant surgery.The VAS score of the experimental group(3.26±1.30)was statistically different from that of the control group(5.38±1.60)(P<0.05).The MDAS score of the experimental group significantly decreased before and after using nitrous oxide sedation,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nitrous oxide during oral implant surgery can alleviate patients'anxiety,improve their comfort and satisfaction with nursing,and is worthy of promotion and application.
