从肝脾归经角度探析《本草纲目》治疗黄疸药物

摘　　要：中医学认为黄疸与肝脾密切相关,肝藏血、主疏泄,脾主运化等生理机能直接参与黄疸的发生发展。《本草纲目》所载药物内容详实,是中国医学史上重要的本草学专著。通过对书中治疗黄疸的药物进行整理和研究,发现共计103种,涉及草部、果木部、菜谷部、人禽部、介石部,且诸多药物归入肝、脾两经。故文章拟从《本草纲目》治疗黄疸的药物入手,探析肝脾两脏与黄疸的关系及基于肝脾论治黄疸的相关治法,以期为临床中医药治疗黄疸提供一定的思路及借鉴。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that jaundice is closely related to the liver and spleen,and the physiological functions of the liver,such as blood storage,main drainage,and spleen main transport are directly involved in the occurrence and development of jaundice.Compendium of Materia Medica which written by Li Shizhen,is an important treatise on materia medica in the history of Chinese medicine.According to the collation and research of the drugs for the treatment of jaundice in the book,a total of 103 drugs were found,including grass,fruit and wood,vegetable and grain,human and poultry,and informative substances,and many of them were classified into the liver and spleen.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the relationship between the liver and spleen and the jaundice from the drugs used in Compendium of Materia Medica to treat jaundice as well as the related treatment methods based on the liver and spleen.In order to provide some ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of icterus with traditional Chinese medicine.
