气机升降在心力衰竭辨治中的运用

摘　　要：在心力衰竭病中,大多数从本虚标实进行论治,而“气机”理论尚未被重视。中医学认为“百病皆生于气”,调畅气机升降是中医治疗疾病的特色。基于气机升降理论,文章从“脏腑”“三焦”等方面对心衰在生理和病理的气机变化进行阐述,探讨气机在心力衰竭发生和发展中的作用,为中医治疗心衰提供新思路。In the heart failure disease,the majority treat the disease from the deficiency in origin and the enrichment in symptom,but the theory of"Qi mechanism"has not yet been valued.The traditional Chinese medicine held that"All diseases arise from Qi",and treating diseases by adjusting the rise and fall of Qi mechansim is the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic.Combining with the rise and fall of Qi mechansim,this thesis states the changes of Qi mechanism in physiology and pa thology of heart failure from the aspects of"Zang-fu""San-jiao",and discusses the impact of Qi mechanism in the occurrence and development of heart failure,which provides a new idea for the treatment of heart failure with TCM.
