基于CiteSpace的柴胡加龙骨牡汤治疗双心疾病进展与机制性研究

摘　　要：目的基于Citespace6.2R6等软件,对近15年柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤双心疾病相关性研究进行文献计量学分析,以期整合研究资源,指导临床实践。方法基于CiteSpace以“柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤”为检索词,得到1312篇文献题录,分析该方研究热点,明确该方对双心疾病的研究价值。将“柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤”与“双心热点疾病”同时作为主题词进行文献检索,检索时限为近15年,经处理后共得到313篇文献题录,导入Citespace6.2R6软件进行可视化分析,基于分析结果对近年来研究热点(机制性研究)进行归纳整理。结果近15年柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤双心疾病相关性研究主要围绕“失眠、心律失常、冠心病、焦虑、抑郁”等疾病展开,发文量呈明显上升趋势,北京中医药大学是发文量最多的机构(17篇);该领域中已形成以赵海滨、瞿融等为代表的合作团队;通过关键词分析形成了25个共现关键词、9个聚类模块、18个突现关键词;近年机制性研究热点主要围绕“神经递质的调控”“抑制炎症因子”“激活信号通路”“内分泌与脂质代谢的调节”等方面展开。结论该研究基于文献计量学初步论证了柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对解决双心问题的研究价值,近15年的相关研究角度多样,机制性研究已成为近些年的研究热点。Objective Based on Citespace6.2R6 and other software,we conducted a bibliometric analysis of the articles about Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤)treatment of psycho-cardiological disease in the past 15 years,in order to integrate research resources and guide clinical practice.Methods Based on the search term of"Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction",1312 literature titles were obtained by using CiteSpace software,and we analyzed the research hotspot of this prescription,in order to clarify the value of it for the treatment of psycho-cardiological disease.Setting"Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction"and"psycho-cardiological disease"to the subject words simultaneously for the literature search in the past 15 years,after literature processing,a total of 313 literature titles were obtained,which were introduced into Citespace6.2R6 software for visual analysis.Based on the analysis results,the research hotspots(mechanism research)in recent years were summarized and sorted out.Results In the past 15 years,the correlative research on the psycho-cardiological disease has been centered on"insomnia,arrhythmia,coronary heart disease,anxiety,depression",and the corresponding articles show an increasing trend.The institution with the most articles was Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(17 papers)and cooperation teams represented by ZHAO Haibin and QU Rong have been formed in this field.Through co-occurrence analysis,we got 25 keywords,9 cluster modules and 18 emerging keywords.In recent years,the mechanistic research mainly focuses on"regulation of neurotransmiters","inhibition of inflammatory factors","activation of signaling pathways","regulation of endocrine and lipid metabolism".Conclusion This study preliminarily demonstrates the research value of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction to solve the problem of psycho-cardiological disease.In recent 15 years,the related research has various perspectives,and the mechanism research has become a research hotspot.
