摘　　要：糖尿病泛血管病变严重威胁患者健康,其病理机制复杂,涉及代谢紊乱、血管内皮功能障碍和动脉粥样硬化等,糖脂代谢紊乱尤为突出。中医理论中,脾在物质能量代谢方面起关键作用。在此背景下,“脾运转输平衡”理论应运而生,文章旨在从中医角度阐释糖尿病及其血管病变的发病机制,为临床治疗提供新方向。脾通过运、转、输3个环节,实现水谷精微的吸收、转化与输送,维持机体能量代谢平衡,脾功能失调会引发糖尿病及相关血管病变,为深入研究糖尿病防治提供独特视角。Diabetic pan-vascular disease seriously threatens the health of patients.Its pathological mechanism is complex, involving metabolic disorders, vascular endothelial dysfunction, atherosclerosis, etc.,with the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism being particularly prominent.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory, the spleen plays a crucial role in material and energy metabolism.Against this backdrop, the theory of "spleen transportation and transformation balance" has emerged.It aims to explain the pathogenesis of diabetes and its vascular complications from the perspective of TCM,providing a new direction for clinical treatment.The core of this theory is that the spleen achieves the absorption, transformation, and transportation of nutrients from food and water through three processes: transportation, transformation, and distribution, maintaining the balance of energy metabolism in the body.Dysfunction of the spleen can lead to diabetes and related vascular diseases, offering a unique perspective for in-depth research on the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
