摘　　要：膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)为临床常见的退行性疾病,二者在临床上常合并出现。在现代研究中,多数学者认为两者关系密切,文章认为在中医方面,KOA合并OP为一种筋骨共病,痹痿共存的疾病,属于中医“骨痹”“骨痿”范围。基于“脾肾相关”理论,认为KOA与OP的根本病机应为脾肾亏虚,治疗时需注重调补脾肾,内外兼施,辨证论治。Osteoarthritis of knee joint and osteoporosis are common degenerative diseases in clinic,and the two diseases are often combined in clinic.In modern research,most scholars believe that the two diseases are closely related,this paper believes that in the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine,knee joint osteoarthritis combined with osteoporosis is a kind of muscle and bone comorbbiosis,arthralgia and flaccalgia coexist disease,belongs to the range of traditional Chinese medicine"bone arthralgia"and"bone flaccalgia".Based on the theory of"correlation between spleen and kidney",it is believed that the fundamental pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis and osteoporosis should be spleen and kidney deficiency,and the treatment should pay attention to regulating spleen and stomach,both internal and external,and dialectical treatment.
