小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的研究概要

摘　　要：膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是目前比较常见的膝关节疾病,其发病机制目前尚不明确,致病因素有多种,50岁以上人群80%患有不同程度的KOA疾病,KOA较高的患病率对患者个人及社会产生重要影响。然而目前西医对本病的治疗方式不甚理想。小针刀发展至今已有40余年历史,在治疗膝关节病方面具有较突出的效果,为探究小针刀对该病的疗效,文章查阅近20年的小针刀治疗KOA的有关文献,得出小针刀治疗该病确有疗效,并从小针刀和小针刀结合其他疗法两方面分别进行归纳总结,认为小针刀治疗KOA有经济、安全、简便等优点,为临床治疗KOA提供重要参考。Knee Osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common knee joint disease at present.Its pathogenesis is not clear at present,and there are many pathogenic factors.According to relevant research statistics,80%of people over 50 years old suffer from different degrees of KOA disease,and the high prevalence of KOA has an important impact on patients and society.However,at present,the treatment of this disease by western medicine is not ideal.Small-needle scalpel has been developed for 40 years,and it has a prominent effect in the treatment of knee joint disease.In order to explore the curative effect of small-needle scalpel on KOA,through consulting the relevant literature of small-needle scalpel in the past 20 years,it is concluded that small-needle scalpel is effective in the treatment of KOA,and it is concluded that small-needle scalpel and small-needle scalpel combined with other therapies are economical,safe and simple,which provides important reference for clinical treatment of KOA.
