摘　　要：肝癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,全球发病率与病死率均很高,目前治疗肝癌的常用方法包括肝切除术、肝移植术、放射治疗、消融治疗、经动脉化疗栓塞及药物治疗等。白花蛇舌草为一年生茜草科耳草属植物,常应用于临床上的抗肿瘤复方。该文主要对白花蛇舌草及其组方在临床治疗肝癌的研究及抗肝癌的作用机制进行综述,旨在为白花蛇舌草用于治疗肝癌的基础与临床研究提供更多思路。Liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system,with high morbidity and mortality worldwide.Current therapeutic methods for liver cancer include hepatectomy,liver transplantation,radiotherapy,ablative therapy,transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,and drug therapy.HedyotisDiffusaWilld is an annual rubiaceae plant often used in clinical anti-tumor prescriptions.This review primarily examines the clinical treatment of liver cancer and the anti-cancer mechanism of Hedyotis DiffusaWilld and its prescriptions,aiming to provide additional insights for basic and clinical research on the herb's potential for liver cancer treatment.
