近20年中医药调控JAK/STAT通路的研究进展可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解中医药调控JAK/STAT信号通路的研究热点和发展趋势。方法该研究检索SinoMed、CNKI、万方、维普数据库收录的自建库至2023年10月31日中医药调控JAK/STAT信号通路研究的相关文献,利用NoteExpress 3.6.0对文献去重并进行人工筛选,利用Excel 2019绘制发文趋势折线图。采用VOSviewer 1.6.18软件绘制核心作者网络合作图、机构合作密度视图和关键词共现分析图谱,使用CiteSpace 6.1.R2软件绘制关键词聚类分析图、时间线图及关键词突现图谱,并对以上内容进行深入分析。结果共纳入1375篇文献,该领域发文量总体呈增长态势,涉及到4495位作者,形成了以伍超、刘小虹、许能贵等为代表的稳定的合作网络和以北京中医药大学、广州中医药大学为代表的核心合作机构。文献关键词形成了12个有意义的聚类,显示该领域研究热点主要集中于类风湿关节炎、糖尿病肾病、癌症等疾病的治疗以及细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移、炎症反应等病理生理过程,备受关注的中医药干预手段有电针、姜黄素、苦参碱、黄芩苷、普通针刺等。结论中医药调控JAK/STAT信号通路研究发展前景良好,通过对此深入研究可能为风湿免疫性疾病、癌症、炎症性疾病及心脑血管等疾病的治疗提供新的思路与导向。Objective To understand the research hotspot and development trend of JAK/STAT signaling pathway regulated by traditional Chinese medicine.Method In this study,literature related to studies on the regulation of JAK/STAT signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved from self-built databases including SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases until October 31,2023.NoteExpress 3.6.0 was used to de-emphasize and manually screen the literature.Excel 2019 was used to draw a line chart of document trends.VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to draw the core author network cooperation map,institutional cooperation density view and keyword co-occurrence analysis map;CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to draw keyword cluster analysis map,time map and keyword emergence map,and the above contents were analyzed in depth.Results A total of 1375 articles were included in this study,and the number of published papers in this field showed an overall growth trend,involving 4495 authors,forming a stable cooperation network represented by Wu Chao,Liu Xiaohong,Xu Nenggui,etc.,and core cooperation institutions represented by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Literature keywords formed 12 meaningful clusters,indicating that research hotspots in this field mainly focused on the treatment of diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,diabetic nephropathy,and cancer,as well as pathophysiological processes such as cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration,and inflammatory response.Intervention methods of traditional Chinese medicine that attracted much attention included electroacupuncture,curcumin,matrine,baicalin,and ordinary acupuncture.Conclusion The research on the regulation of JAK/STAT signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine has a good prospect,and further research on this pathway may provide new ideas and guidance for the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases,cancer,inflammatory diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
