基于CiteSpace对中医药治疗高尿酸血症的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的围绕中医药治疗高尿酸血症开展系统的文献计量学和可视化分析,全面了解近20年中医药治疗高尿酸血症相关的发展趋势与研究热点。方法以中国知网、万方、维普数据库2000年1月—2022年12月收录的所有相关文献为对象,开展计量学分析。结果共纳入文献1655篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势,发文量最高作者分别为陈娜、杨滨,发文量最高的机构分别为中国中医科学院中药研究所、北京中医药大学;痛风、黄嘌呤氧化酶、尿酸转运蛋白是出现最高的关键词,西红花、番红花去柱头花部、痰湿瘀阻证是近年受关注的主题。关键词共现聚类网络被分成13个聚类,包括辨证论治、痛风、尿酸、炎症、健脾渗湿方、急性痛风性关节炎、桃红四物汤、痛风性关节炎、复方土茯苓颗粒等。结论图谱初步直观地展示了中医药治疗高尿酸血症的发展趋势,中医方剂挖掘、中药对尿酸生产及代谢过程干预、痰湿瘀阻证型是中医药治疗高尿酸血症的研究热点,探索中药有效成分干预尿酸生成及代谢机制将是中医药治疗高尿酸血症研究的新趋势。Objective To carry out systematic bibliometrics and visual analysis around the treatment of hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine,and comprehensively understand the development trend and research hotspot related to the treatment of hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years.Methods A quantitative analysis was carried out on all the relevant documents collected from CNKI,Wanfang and Vip databases from January 2000 to December 2022.Results A total of 1655 papers were included.The annual volume of papers was on the rise.The highest volume of papers were published by CHEN Na and YANG Bin respectively.The institutions with the highest volume of papers were the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;Gout,xanthine oxidase,and uric acid transporter are the keywords that appear the most frequently.The stigmas and flowers of crocus and crocus are removed,and the syndrome of phlegm-dampness and stasis is the subject of attention in recent years.The key words co-occurrence cluster network is divided into 13 clusters,including syndrome differentiation and treatment,gout,uric acid,inflammation,invigorating spleen and infiltrating dampness formula,acute gouty arthritis,Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤),gouty arthritis,compound Tufuling granules,etc.Conclusion The atlas shows the development trend of the treatment of hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine initially and intuitively.The excavation of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the production and metabolism of uric acid,and the type of phlegm-damp-stasis syndrome are the research hotspots of the treatment of hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine.The exploration of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention of uric acid production and metabolism mechanism will be the new trend of the study of the treatment of hyperuricemia with
