浮针结合再灌注治疗慢传输型便秘的研究进展

摘　　要：慢传输型便秘(slow transit constipation,STC)是临床上常见的慢性疾病,的发病率随之逐年提高,STC还可以导致其他肛门直肠疾病的发生,如直肠黏膜脱垂、肛裂、混合痔、肠梗阻等,增加了心脑血管等疾病猝发的风险,甚至危及生命,并且对人们的身心健康造成了极大的危害。浮针疗法得到快速发展,目前浮针疗法已广泛应用于便秘的治疗。STC是肌肉病变,对于由肌肉所致的功能性疾病,浮针技术可以提供良好的改善效果。文章通过讨论浮针疗法治疗STC的中西医理论,分析近年来浮针治疗便秘的临床报道,证实了浮针治疗便秘疗效确切并且具有快速缓解症状,操作简单安全,依从性高的独特优势。Slow transit constipation is a common chronic disease in clinical practice,the incidence of slow transit constipation(STC)is increasing year by year.STC can also lead to other anorectal diseases,such as rectal mucosal prolapse,anal fusing,mixed hemorrhoids,intestinal obstruction,etc.It increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and even endangers life,and causes great harm to people's physical and mental health.Floating needle therapy has been developed rapidly,and it has been widely used in the treatment of constipation.Slow transit constipation is a muscular disease,and floating needle.
