中医药治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病肾脏疾病是糖尿病的严重微血管并发症,但目前现代医学尚缺乏有效的治疗方法,中医药在治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病方面具有较好的临床效果。近年来,中医药在病因病机、经典名方、自拟方、单药及有效成分、针灸疗法等方面的研究已有一定进展,研究发现中医药治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病具有多靶点、多成分、多途径优势,能有效改善患者临床症状、相关指标,改善肾功能,延缓病程进展。文章通过收集、检索、整理近年来中医药治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的相关资料进行综述。Diabetic kidney disease is a serious microvascular complication of diabetes, but at present, modern medicine still lacks effective treatment methods, and traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine in the etiology, classic prescription, the prescription, single medicine and effective ingredients, acupuncture therapy research has been certain progress, the treatment of diabetic kidney disease has many components, multiple targets, multiple way advantage, can improve patients with clinical symptoms, related indicators,improve kidney function, delay the course of progress. This paper collected, retrieved and collated the relevant data of TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy in recent years.
