摘　　要：临界骨缺损的修复一直是骨科医师面临的重要难题。临界骨缺损修复难点和影响修复效果的主要因素之一就是骨缺损区处的骨重建。目前治疗临界骨缺损的方式有多种,主要包括自体骨移植技术、Masquelet诱导膜技术(MIMT)、骨牵引延长技术(Ilizarov技术)、交锁髓内钉联合骨移植技术以及骨组织工程技术等,各有所长。其中MIMT由于其简单、可靠和可复制性特点,已成为临界骨缺损重建的重要方法之一。中医药在骨折的治疗方面拥有悠久的历史,其在骨缺损重建的治疗中也具有巨大的应用潜力。近年来有关中医药联合MIMT治疗临界骨缺损的动物实验及临床观察等相关研究越来越多。文章查阅国内外近年有关中医药联合MIMT治疗临界骨缺损的文献,从临界骨缺损的界定及治疗、MIMT治疗临界骨缺损概述与关键、传统中医对骨缺损的认识以及中医药联合MIMT治疗临界骨缺损相关研究等方面进行了综述。以期为研究中医药联合MIMT治疗临界骨缺损的作用机制和疗效验证提供更多依据,为各种中医药与临界骨缺损各类治疗技术相互联合的研究提供更多思路。Repair of critical bone defects has always been an important challenge for orthopaedic surgeons.One of the main factors that make the repair of critical bone defects difficult and affect the effect of repair is the bone reconstruction at the bone defect area.Currently,there are various ways to treat critical bone defects,including autogenous bone grafting,Masquelet Induced Membrane Technique(MIMT),bone distraction lengthening(Ilizarov technique),interlocking intramedullary nailing combined with bone grafting,and bone tissue engineering techniques,each with its own merits.Among them,MIMT has become one of the most important methods for the reconstruction of critical bone defects due to its simplicity,reliability and reproducibility.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history in the treatment of bone fractures,and it also has great potential for application in the treatment of bone defect reconstruction.In recent years,there are more and more researches related to animal experiments and clinical observation on the treatment of critical bone defects by TCM combined with MIMT.In recent years,there are more and more researches related to animal experiments and clinical observation on the treatment of critical bone defects by TCM combined with MIMT.In this paper,we reviewed the literature on the treatment of critical bone defects by MIMT with TCM at home and abroad in recent years,and reviewed the definition and treatment of critical bone defects,the overview and key of MIMT in treating critical bone defects,the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine on bone defects,and the research related to the treatment of critical bone defects by MIMT with TCM.We hope to provide more bases for the study of the mechanism of action and efficacy verification of MIMT combined with TCM in the treatment of critical bone defects,and to provide more ideas for the research on the combination of various TCM and various treatment techniques for critical bone defects.
