“俞募配穴法”针刺预防混合痔术后尿潴留的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察俞募配穴法针刺在预防混合痔术后尿潴留方面的临床疗效。方法将70例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组给予中极、膀胱俞针刺,对照组给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊0.2 mg/次,口服。比较两组患者术后第一次排尿时间、小便状况、小腹症状以及首次排尿后膀胱残余尿量、术后8 h导尿率的情况。结果治疗组在术后第一次排尿时间、小便状况、小腹症状以及首次排尿后膀胱残余尿量、导尿率方面,疗效均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论俞募配穴法针刺可有效降低混合痔术后尿潴留的发生率,对改善患者术后排尿有着明确的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in preventing urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,with 35 patients in each group.The treatment group gave middle pole and bladder Yu acupuncture,and the control group gave 0.2mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule orally.The time of the first postoperative urination,urine status,lower abdominal symptoms,and the residual bladder urine volume after the first urination,and the catheterization rate of 8h after the surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the first postoperative urination time,urine condition,lower abdominal symptoms,bladder residual urinary volume,urinary catheterization rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture acupuncture can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids,and has a clear effect on improving postoperative urination.
