摘　　要：该文探讨了党的二十大精神对西藏地区民族体育与中华民族共同体意识的重要引领作用,并对体育强国建设具有指导意义。其强调以人民为中心的发展理念及科学发展的重要性,指出民族体育在弘扬民族文化、增强民族自信中扮演着关键角色。发展民族体育不仅能够促进地区繁荣和增强民族自豪感,还能满足人民群众的健康需求。建议加强全民健身设施建设,提升农牧民身心素质,同时利用地域优势,推动体育创新与发展。该研究为理解党的二十大精神在建设体育强国、增强民族自豪感及中华民族共同体意识等方面的路径提供了理论参考,有助于推动民族复兴的进程。This paper explores the significant leading role of the guiding principles of the 20th national congress of the Communist party of China in ethnic sports and the sense of community for the Chinese nationality in the Tibetan region,providing guidance for the construction of a powerful sports nation.It emphasizes a people-centered and scientific development approach,with ethnic sports playing a crucial role in promoting culture and boosting selfconfidence.The development of ethnic sports is leveraged to foster prosperity,enhance national pride,and meet the health needs of the people.Efforts should be intensified to strengthen fitness facilities for all,improve the physical and mental well-being of farmers and herdsmen,and leverage geographical advantages to promote sports innovation.This research offers a theoretical reference for understanding how the spirit of the 20th National Congress contributes to building a powerful sports nation,enhancing national pride,and fostering a sense of community,thereby contributing to national rejuvenation.
