新时代新疆高校体育高质量发展的困境及优化路径分析

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实地调研法等研究方法,对新时代新疆高校体育发展过程中所面临的困境进行深入分析,并提出针对性的解决路径。研究结果显示:目前,新疆高校在体育发展中面临体育经费匮乏、体育人才短缺、体育设施不足、体育部门管理力量薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,建议新疆高校采取以下措施:多元融资织网,以活络经费来源;靶向育才引才,以充实人才梯队;精准适配供需,以优化设施布局;协同治理赋能,以重塑管理架构。期望这些措施能为新时代新疆高校体育的高质量发展作出积极贡献。Using methods such as literature review,logical analysis,and field research,this study analyzes the challenges faced by the development of sports in Xinjiang universities in the new era and provides targeted solutions.Research suggests that there are currently problems in Xinjiang universities,such as a shortage of sports funds,a shortage of sports talents,a shortage of sports facilities,and a lack of management strength in sports departments.It is suggested that Xinjiang universities should diversify their financing network and activate the funding bloodline;target talent cultivation and recruitment to enrich the talent pool;accurately adapt to supply and demand to optimize facility layout;empower collaborative governance and reshape management architecture by such methods.To contribute positively to the high-quality development of sports in Xinjiang universities in the new era through the above measures.
