摘 要:随着“五育”并举教育理念的深入实施,体育教育在普通高校中的地位日益显著。为了探讨体育舞蹈个性化项目在普通高校的发展与实践状况,该文以东华大学体育舞蹈课程改革为例,深入分析了普通高校公共体育教学改革的现状,并结合普通高校体育舞蹈项目的发展,对比了个性化体育舞蹈教学与传统体育舞蹈项目教学的差异。在此基础上,设计并实施了一套符合“五育”并举理念的个性化普通高校公共体育教学体育舞蹈项目发展体系。该体系从项目原则与目标、内容与形式、考核与评价3个方面进行了全面实践,包括推出个性化项目设计、构建“五位一体”评价体系、采取“一条龙”模式,以及设立竞赛制和非竞赛制等多种形式。结果表明,该项目的成功实践不仅为东华大学特色的公共体育教学改革提供了典型案例,也为普通高校在个性化体育项目发展改革方面提供了宝贵经验和重要参考。With the in-depth implementation of the education concept of'Five Domains Integration',the position of physical education in general colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent.In order to explore the development and practice of the'personalised'sport dance programme in ordinary universities,this article takes the reform of the sport dance programme at Donghua University as an example,and compares the'personalised'sport dance teaching with the traditional sport dance programme through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the reform of public physical education teaching in ordinary universities and the development of the sport dance programme in ordinary universities.By deeply analyzing the current situation of public physical education reform in general universities,combining it with the development of physical education dance programmes in general universities,and comparing the differences between'personalized'physical education dance teaching and traditional physical education dance teaching,this article designs and implements a set of'personalized'physical education dance programme development system for public physical education teaching in general universities,which is in line with the concept of'five educations in one go'.This system has carried out a comprehensive practical exploration in three aspects:project principles and objectives;project content and form;project assessment and evaluation.This system launched a'personalised'project design;'five-in-one'evaluation system;'one-stop'mode;'competition system'and'non-competition system''and'noncompetition system'.The results show that the successful practice of the project not only provides a case study for the public physical education teaching reform with Donghua characteristics,but also provides experiences and references for the development and reform of'personalised'physical education programmes in general colleges and universities.
