社区体育活动的组织与管理模式研究

摘　　要：为提高社区体育活动的效率和质量,满足社区居民的体育需求,促进社区和谐发展,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对社区体育活动的组织与管理模式进行了深入研究。研究认为,社区体育活动的组织形式主要包括个人参与形式、社区组织形式和政府组织形式。而在社区体育活动的组织与管理中,主要面临资源分配不均、活动类型单一、参与度不高、组织管理能力不足以及跨部门合作不畅等问题。基于此提出以下建议:加强资源投入,优化资源配置;丰富活动类型,满足多元化需求;激发居民热情,提高参与度;提升组织管理能力,加强团队建设;加强跨部门合作,形成合力。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of community sports activities,meet the sports needs of community residents,and promote the harmonious development of the community,this article uses the research methods such as literature review to conduct in-depth research on the organization and management mode of community sports activities.The research believes that the organizational forms of community sports activities mainly include the forms of individual participation,community organization and government organization.However,uneven distribution of resources,single type of activities,low participation,insufficient organizational and management ability,and poor cross-departmental cooperation are the main problems and challenges in the organization and management of community sports activities.To solve these problems,the following suggestions are proposed:Strengthen resource input,optimize resource allocation;Enrich the types of activities to meet diversified needs;Stimulate residents'enthusiasm,improve participation;Enhance organizational management ability,strengthen team building;Strengthen cross-department cooperation to form a joint force.
