摘  要:为促进我国智能化体育场馆的高效运营,避免场馆空置,充分发挥其内在价值,该文基于文献研究与逻辑分析等方法,聚焦于智能化体育场馆在当前运营过程中面临的一系列难题:系统整合的繁杂性、成本回收的漫长周期、专业人员的匮乏以及服务适配的诸多阻碍。针对这些问题,该文提出以下智能化体育场馆运营策略:以资源整合为手段的合作拓展、以数据驱动为支撑的营销创新、以设施优化为基础的技术升级以及以用户需求为导向的服务定制等。In order to promote the efficient operation of intelligent sports stadiums in China,avoid the vacancy of stadiums,and give full play to their intrinsic value,based on literature research and logical analysis methods,this paper focuses on a series of challenges faced by intelligent sports stadiums in the current operation process:the complexity of system integration,the long cycle of cost recovery,the shortage of professionals and the multiple obstacles to service adaptation.In response to these issues,this article puts forward the the following intelligent sports stadium operation strategies:cooperative expansion by means of resource integration,data-driven marketing innovation,facility optimization based technology upgrading,and user demand-oriented service customization.
