摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、案例研究法等,以2024年在中国南昌举行的世界青年羽毛球锦标赛(简称“世青赛”)为例,深入剖析此次混合团体比赛中采用的新赛制——接力赛的特点及其对运动员的影响。研究结果表明,新赛制呈现出时间短、节奏快的特点,对运动员在比赛中的竞技表现以及技战术运用提出了更高要求。通过对新赛制的深入研究和分析,提出了相应对策,以期帮助运动员尽快适应新赛制的比赛形式。Using methods such as literature review,interviews,and case studies,this paper takes the World Junior Badminton Championships 2024(referred to as the"World Junior Championships")held in Nanchang,China as an example to analyze in depth the characteristics of the new format used in this mixed team competition—relay race—and its impact on athletes.Research results found that the new competition system presents the characteristics of short duration and fast pace,which puts higher demands on athletes'competitive performance and technical tactics during the competition.By deeply studying and analyzing the new competition system,proposing corresponding strategies can help athletes adapt to the competition format of the new system as soon as possible.
