摘  要:随着社会的持续转型,应试教育模式下,各方愈发关注学生的成绩,却忽视了学生的身体与心理健康,进而导致学生身心问题频发。自2020年起,我国教育行业开始贯彻体教融合理念,确立了“享受乐趣、锤炼意志、健全人格”的目标,旨在通过体育促进心理健康。为探究体教融合背景下高校体育课程中融入心育(心理健康教育)对大学生锻炼态度、身心健康的影响,该文探讨了体教融合背景下高校体育教学中实施心育渗透的路径,并开展了相应的实验干预研究,以进一步明确其价值所在。With the continuous transformation of society,under the exam-oriented education model,all parties place more emphasis on students'academic performance,while neglecting their physical and mental well-being,resulting in a frequent stream of physical and mental problems among students.Since 2020,China's education industry has been implementing the concept of"integrating physical education",establishing the goal of"enjoying fun,tempering willpower,and improving personality",aiming to promote mental health through sports.In order to explore the impact of incorporating"mental health education"into college physical education courses under the background of"integrating physical education"on the exercise attitude and physical and mental health of college students,this article explores the implementation path of integrating"mental education"into college physical education teaching under the background of"integrating physical education",and conducts corresponding experimental intervention research to further clarify its value.
