新质生产力赋能高职体育教学改革路径研究

摘　　要：随着全球科技革命和产业变革的加速推进,传统的教学模式已难以满足新时代对人才培养的需求,这一问题在高职体育教学领域尤为突出。该研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,发现高职体育教学现状中存在教学内容陈旧闭塞、教学方法与手段保守、师资队伍建设有待完善、评价体系亟待升级优化、体育设施与环境低效等问题。针对问题,提出优化教学内容体系、推进教学方法现代化、构建新型师资团队、实施多元评价机制、实现场馆设施智能化等建议。With the acceleration of global technological revolution and industrial transformation,traditional teaching models are no longer able to meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new era,and this problem is particularly prominent in the field of vocational physical education teaching.By using research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and expert interviews,it was found that there are problems in the current situation of physical education teaching in vocational colleges,such as outdated and closed teaching content,conservative teaching methods and means,incomplete construction of teaching staff,urgent upgrading and optimization of evaluation system,and low efficiency of sports facilities and environment.Suggestions are proposed to optimize the teaching content system,promote the modernization of teaching methods and techniques,build a new quality teaching team,implement a diversified evaluation system,and realize the intelligence of venue facilities in response to the problems.
