摘  要:目的:为了快速检测双酚A,构建了纳米材料修饰的分子印迹电化学传感器。方法:利用纳米材料对金电极进行修饰,用电化学方法的方法构建了双酚A与邻苯二胺的分子印迹传感器。分子印迹传感器的性能通过循环伏安法进行性能分析,优化了其制备条件并验证和测试了传感器的灵敏度。结果:实验结果显示在双酚A传感器的最优实验条件下,在1.0×10^(-10) mol/L~1.0×10^(-3) mol/L范围内,其负对数与峰值电流差成良好的线性关系。并且该传感器具有较好的稳定性。结论:经实验证明,具有实际应用价值的双酚A分子印迹传感器具有较低的成本,较好的抗干扰性能和较高的灵敏度。Objective:In order to detect bisphenol A(BPA)rapidly,a molecular imprinted electrochemical sensor modified by nano-materials was constructed.Methods:the gold electrode was modified with nano-materials,and the molecular imprinting sensor for bisphenol A and O-Phenylenediamine was constructed by electrochemical method.The performance of the molecularly imprinted sensor was analyzed by Cyclic voltammetry,the preparation conditions were optimized,and the sensitivity of the sensor was verified and tested.Results:under the optimal experimental conditions,the relationship between the negative logarithm and the peak current difference was linear in the range of 1.0×10^(-10) mol/L~1.0×10^(-3) mol/L.And the sensor has good stability.Conclusion:the bisphenol A molecularly imprinted sensor with practical application value has lower cost,better anti-jamming performance and higher sensitivity.
