摘 要:针对海上平台采油污水成分复杂、乳化程度高,处理困难等问题,搭建了聚结材料油水分离性能评价装置。并探究了污水入口油浓度、悬浮物、温度、表面活性剂等对聚结材料油水分离性能重要的影响因素,结果表明,在流量为30 L/h,随入口油浓度增加,乳液粒径整体分布向右偏移,聚结材料除油效率先增加后不变;悬浮物浓度的增加,使得聚结除油效率先减小后不变;随乳液温度和表面活性剂浓度增加,除油效率均减小。笔者通过毛细作用力、双电层理论,乳液破乳机理对以上实验现象做出合理解释。综上研究表明,控制流量为30 L/h下,含油量300 mg/L,悬浮物100 mg/L、温度60℃和表面活性剂10 mg/L以内的条件,聚结材料能够满足回注水标准中石油类小于15 mg/L的指标。In view of the complex composition,high degree of emulsification and difficult treatment of offshore platform produced water,an evaluation device for the oil-water separation performance of coalescing materials was built;The increase in suspended solids concentration leads to a decrease in coalescence oil removal efficiency and then remains unchanged;With the increase of lotion temperature and surfactant concentration,the oil removal efficiency decreases.The author uses capillary force,double electric layer theory and lotion demulsification mechanism to explain the above experimental phenomena.In summary,the research shows that under the conditions of controlling the flow rate to 30 L/h,oil content to 300 mg/L,suspended solids to 100 mg/L,temperature to 60℃,and surfactant to within 10 mg/L,the agglomerated material can meet the indicators of petroleum less than 15 mg/L in the standard for reinjection water.
