摘 要:通过自制装置,建立一套监测分析30%TBP/煤油中U(Ⅳ)、U(Ⅵ)、亚硝酸含量的方法。研究了与Purex流程相近的两相体系下,U(Ⅳ)主要由硝酸氧化,亚硝酸与氧气的氧化可忽略。研究了U(Ⅳ)与硝酸在不同酸度下的氧化速率,结果表明随着酸度增大,U(Ⅳ)的氧化速率先降低后升高,反应最小速率对应的有机相酸度为0.285 mol/L,对应的活化能为(81.8±1.0)kJ/mol。A method for monitoring and analyzing the contents of U(Ⅳ),U(VI),and nitrous in 30%TBP/kerosene was established through a self-made device.In a two-phase system similar to the Purex process,U(Ⅳ.)is mainly oxidized by nitric acid,and the oxidation of nitrite and oxygen is negligible.The oxidation rate of U(Ⅳ.)and nitric acid under different acidity was studied,and the results showed that with the increase of acidity,the oxidation rate of U(Ⅳ.)decreased first and then increased,and the acidity of the organic phase corresponding to the minimum reaction rate was 0.285 mol/L,and the corresponding activation energy was(81.8±1.0)kJ/mol.
