摘  要:采用滴加成球法制备壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇微球(Chitosan-Polyvinyl alcohol,CTS-PVA),通过多种表征手段研究了微球的晶体结构和官能团变化,探究pH、吸附剂量、吸附温度、吸附时间对Ni(Ⅱ)吸附性能的影响,确定最佳吸附条件pH值为6、吸附剂用量1.0 g/L、吸附温度30℃、吸附时间240 min,Ni(Ⅱ)可达99.34%,4次循环后仍能保持良好的吸附性能。实验研究结论可为实际电镀含镍废水处理提供参考。Chitosan-Polyvinyl alcohol(CTS-PVA)microspheres were prepared by dropping an addition method.The crystal structure and functional group changes of the microspheres were studied by various characterization methods,and the effects of pH,an adsorption dose,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption properties of Ni(Ⅱ)were investigated.The optimal adsorption conditions were determined as pH 6,the amount of adsorbent 1.0 g/L,the adsorption temperature 30℃,the adsorption time 240 min,Ni(Ⅱ)up to 99.34%,and the good adsorption performance was still maintained after 4 cycles.The experimental results can provide a reference for the treatment of electroplating wastewater containing nickel.
