摘  要:为延长某碳捕集项目使用的复合胺吸收剂使用寿命,降低二氧化碳捕集成本,本研究选取K-1作为抗氧化剂,研究了不同浓度K-1对吸收剂的吸收速率、容量的影响及在高压、纯氧、恒温条件下进行加速氧化实验。通过对比添加抗氧化剂组和未添加抗氧化剂组在氧化降解过程中有机胺的降解率来判断K-1的抗降解作用。结果表明:K-1抗氧化剂会减弱复合胺吸收剂吸收CO_(2)的效果,加入0.15%质量分数浓度时吸收剂仍能保持较好的吸收效果。0.15%质量分数K-1抗氧化剂能有效抑制复合胺的氧化降解。In order to prolong the service life of the complex amine absorbent used in a carbon capture project and reduce the cost of carbon dioxide capture,K-1 was selected as an antioxidant in this study.The effects of different concentrations of K-1 on the absorption rate and capacity of the absorbent were studied,and accelerated oxidation experiments were carried out under high pressure,pure oxygen and constant temperature conditions.The anti-degradation effect of K-1 was judged by comparing the degradation rate of organic amine in the oxidative degradation process between the group with and without antioxidant.The results showed that the effect of K-1 antioxidant on the absorption of CO_(2) by the complex amine absorbent was weakened,and the absorbent still maintained a good absorption effect when 0.15%mass fraction concentration was added.0.15%mass fraction K-1 antioxidant could effectively inhibit the oxidative degradation of complex amine.
