摘 要:电解锰渣的大量堆存不仅占用土地,还可能造成水污染,导致严重的生态问题,严重制约了金属锰产业的发展,采用高温煅烧是电解锰渣高效无害化处理利用的方法之一,但目前脱硫工艺不成熟、处置成本较高。本文研究了用炭粉还原焙烧脱除电解锰渣中的硫,探究了焙烧温度、掺炭量及焙烧时间等对电解锰渣脱硫的影响,并对焙烧前后锰渣物相及浸出毒性进行了分析。实验结果表明,在密封状态,焙烧温度1050℃,掺炭量为2%,焙烧时间1 h的条件下,电解锰渣烧失率35.50%,硫含量为0.50%,脱硫率为96.66%,符合《通用硅酸盐水泥》(GB 175-2007)规定水泥中SO_(3)含量须小于3.5%,即硫含量须低于1.4%的要求,可以为电解锰渣的资源化综合利用提供理论依据和技术参考。The existence of a large number of electrolytic manganese slag will lead to serious ecological problems,which greatly restricts the development of metal manganese industry.The use of high-temperature calcination is one of the efficient and harmless treatment methods.The effects of roasting temperature,carbon content and roasting time on desulphurization of electrolytic manganese slag were investigated.The phase and leaching toxicity of manganese slag before and after roasting were analyzed.The experimental results show that under the conditions of sealed state,calcination temperature 1050℃,carbon content 2%,calcination time 1 h,the sintering loss rate of electrolytic manganese slag is 35.50%,sulfur content is 0.50%,desulfurization rate is 96.66%.In line with the requirements of“General Portland Cement”(GB 175-2007),the SO_(3) content in cement must be less than 3.5%,that is,the sulfur content must be less than 1.4%,which can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the comprehensive utilization of electrolytic manganese slag.
