摘  要:目的:研究如何降低表面粗糙度提高00Cr18Ni14Mo3医用不锈钢表面点蚀电位值以满足外科植入物医用不锈钢最终表面点蚀电位值(E)应不低于800 mV,为不锈钢外科骨科植入物表面处理提供参考。方法:对比表面粗糙度高低对样品表面点蚀电位的影响,不锈钢样品机加工后采用喷砂、抛光、研磨等不同处理方式,测量其粗糙度和点蚀点位,探究处理方式的影响。结果:植入物医用不锈钢表面粗糙度越高对应点蚀电位越低,植入物医用不锈钢表面粗糙度越低对应点蚀电位越高,当表面粗糙度小于0.2μm时,点蚀电位才不小于800 mV;表面粗糙度小于0.1μm对应点蚀电位高于1000 mV。生产应用选择研磨方式降低表面粗糙度达到0.0783μm,点蚀点位可达到1146 mV。Objective:To research how to reduce surface roughness and improve the surface pitting potential value of 00Cr18Ni14Mo3 medical stainless steel to meet the requirement of the final surface pitting potential value(E)of medical stainless steel for surgical implants less than 800 mV,and provide reference for surface treatment of stainless steel surgical orthopedic implants.Method:Compare the influence of surface roughness on the surface pitting potential of samples.After machining,different treatment methods such as sandblasting,polishing,and grinding are used to the stainless-steel samples,then measure their roughness and pitting position,and explore the influence of treatment methods.Result:The higher the surface roughness of medical stainless-steel implants,the lower the corresponding pitting potential.The lower the surface roughness of medical stainless-steel implants,the higher the corresponding pitting potential.While the surface roughness is less than 0.2μm,the pitting potential is not less than 800 mV;Surface roughness less than 0.1μm,the pitting potential corresponding is higher than 1000 mV.Grinding is applied to the production process that can reduce surface roughness to 0.0783μm and the pitting point 1146 mV.
