摘 要:目的:考察达原饮颗粒剂的制备工艺参数。方法:以糊精、麦芽糊精、乳糖为辅料分别与喷雾粉进行配比,以制粒情况、吸湿性、一次成型率、颗粒性状、溶化性等为考察指标进行辅料种类的筛选。结果:优选的制备工艺为:取处方量比例饮片,提取两次,第一次加饮片量10倍量水提取45分钟,第二次加饮片量8倍量水提取30分钟,200目筛网趁热滤过,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.15(60℃),喷雾干燥,收集喷雾粉,加入麦芽糊精,混合20分钟,干法制粒(制粒参数:搅拌速度为28 r/min,输料速度30 r/min,压轮间距0.5 mm~1.0 mm,破碎转速90 r/min,整粒转速60 r/min,整粒目数14目),筛网目数为14目,制得硬度适中,大小均一,颜色均匀的颗粒。三个批次验证试验表明,采用优选的工艺制备得到的颗粒收率较高。结论:优选的达原颗粒制备工艺稳定可靠,可用于后续达原颗粒产业化生产中。Objective:To investigate the preparation parameters of Dayuanyin granules.Methods:Dextrin,maltodextrin and lactose were used as auxiliary materials to mix with spray powder respectively,and the types of auxiliary materials were screened with granulation,hygroscopicity,one-time molding rate,particle properties and solubility as inspection indexes.Results:The optimal preparation process was as follows:Take the decoction pieces according to the prescription,and extract them twice,the first time with 10 times the decoction pieces and 8 times the decoction pieces for 45 minutes,the second time with 30 minutes,filter with a 200-mesh screen while it is hot,concentrate under reduced pressure to a relative density of 1.10-1.15(60℃),spray dry,collect the spray powder,add maltodextrin,mix for 20 minutes,and dry granulate(granulating parameters:The distance between rollers is 0.5~1.0 mm,the crushing speed is 90 r/min,the whole grain speed is 60 r/min,and the whole grain mesh is 14 mesh),and the particles with moderate hardness,uniform size and uniform color are prepared.Three batches of verification tests show that the yield of particles prepared by the optimized process is high.Conclusion:The optimized preparation technology of Dayuan granules is stable and reliable,and can be used in the subsequent industrial production of Dayuan granules.
