摘 要:酶是生物体内具有重要生物活性功能的特殊蛋白质,酶在机体中的含量往往与多种生理或病理过程息息相关。碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,ALP)是调节多种细胞信号通路的重要分子,直接影响着细胞的增殖、代谢和表达。研究发现在诸多肿瘤细胞中存在ALP过度表达的情况。因此,对细胞内ALP的含量精准监测对于疾病诊疗具有重要意义。在诸多检测分析方法中,小分子荧光探针具有精准检测、成本低廉、生物相容性好等优点,近年来被广泛地应用于生物活体中ALP的检测。Enzyme is a special protein with important biological activity in organisms,and its content in the body is often closely related to various physiological or pathological processes.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)is an important molecule regulating various cell signaling pathways,which directly affects cell proliferation,metabolism,and expression.Researchers have found that there is over-expression of ALP in many tumor cells.Therefore,accurate monitoring of intracellular ALP content is of great significance for disease diagnosis and treatment.Among many detection and analysis methods,small-molecule fluorescent probes have the advantages of accurate detection,low cost,and good biocompatibility,and have been widely used in the detection of ALP in vivo in recent years.
