摘  要:介绍了中国石化安庆分公司100万吨/年柴油加氢转化装置汽轮机空冷风机故障分析及处理措施。结果表明装置汽轮机空冷风机控制在设计上存在缺陷,已增加故障信号报警和电机远程启停操作软按钮,建议后续汽轮机凝汽系统空冷器改为多台控制,降低因空冷故障而导致的停工事故的概率。The fault analysis and treatment measures of steam turbine air cooler in 1 million tons/year diesel hydrogenation conversion unit of Sinopec Anqing Branch are introduced.The results show that there are defects in the design of the turbine air cooler control,and the fault signal alarm and soft button for remote motor start and stop operation have been added.It is suggested that the air cooler of the steam turbine condensing system be replaced with multiple controls to reduce the probability of shutdown accidents caused by air cooling faults.
