摘　　要：以某钛白企业磷酸铁生产废水“零排放”处理工程为例,介绍了磷酸铁钠法工艺生产废水水质特点,从工艺流程、设计参数、处理效果及经济效益等方面详细介绍了以“陶瓷膜+反渗透+三效蒸发”为核心的“零排放”系统。运行结果表明:该“零排放”系统稳定可靠,回用水pH 6.7,电导率5.8μS/cm,SiO_(2)8.3μg/L,硬度和氟均未检出。蒸发结晶所得硫酸钠盐纯度97.3%,产品达到《工业无水硫酸钠》(GB/T 6009-2014)Ⅱ类合格品要求。按照处理水量计算,吨水总运行成本11.44元,每年可节约用水280万吨,经济、环境效益显著。Taking the“zero discharge”treatment project of a certain titanium dioxide enterprise's iron phosphate production wastewater as an example,this paper introduces the water quality characteristics of the sodium iron phosphate process production wastewater.From the aspects of process flow,design parameters,treatment effect,and economic benefits,a detailed introduction is given to the“zero discharge”system with“ceramic membrane+reverse osmosis+triple effect evaporation”as the core.The operating results show that the“zero discharge”system is stable and reliable,with a pH of 6.7 for recycled water and a conductivity of 5.8μS/cm,SiO_(2)8.3μg/L,hardness and fluorine were not detected.The purity of sodium sulfate obtained by evaporation crystallization is 97.3%,and the product meets the Class Ⅱ qualified product requirements of Industrial Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate(GB/T 6009-2014).According to the calculation of water treatment volume,the total operating cost per ton of water is 11.44 yuan,which can save 2.8 million tons of water annually and has significant economic and environmental benefits.
