摘  要:近年来,异味扰民及投诉是环保管理部门非常关切的环境问题,特别是在事故状态下,异味的影响更大,范围更广。因此,采用何种防范措施可有效减缓风险事故中有毒有害异味物质泄漏对大气环境的影响,成为当下亟待解决的环保问题之一。本文以某企业异味物质储罐为例,通过风险大气预测软件,针对储罐泄漏后采取的常规及进一步风险防范措施,预测异味物质浓度的变化情况,以说明进一步风险控制措施的必要性及有效性。本文提出的进一步风险控制措施可以为涉及异味物质使用的企业提供指导,有效控制异味物质泄漏对大气环境的影响。In recent years,odor nuisance and complaints have become significant environmental concerns for environmental management departments,especially when incidents occur,as the impact and scope of odors become more significant.Therefore,it is urgent to address the environmental issue of effectively mitigating the impact of toxic and harmful odor substance leaks on the atmosphere in risk incidents.Taking the example of odor substance storage tanks in a certain company,this article utilizes air dispersion modeling software to predict the changes in odor substance concentration,considering both conventional and further risk mitigation measures taken after tank leaks.The necessity and effectiveness of implementing additional risk control measures are demonstrated.The proposed further risk control measures can provide guidance for enterprises using odor substances,effectively controlling the impact of odor substance leaks on the atmospheric environment.
