摘 要:以东莞市某“三旧”改造地块为例,介绍了该地块土壤污染状况初步调查的经验。通过资料收集分析、实地踏勘和人员访谈,识别潜在污染源、重点区域、特征污染物。采用系统布点与专业判断布点相结合的方式,在地块内设置土壤监测点50个、地下水监测点7个、底泥监测点3个。检测结果表明调查地块土壤和地下水环境质量可满足开发利用要求。Taking a“Three Old”Reconstruction Plot in Dongguan as an example,this paper introduces the experiences for the investigation of the preliminary investigation of soil pollution status.Base on the way of data collection,the site survey and personnel interviews,and then the suspected contaminated areas and potential contaminated factors and characteristic pollutants of the plot are identified.Using the systematic distribution method and the professional judgment distribution method,50 soil monitoring points,7 groundwater monitoring points and 3 sediment monitoring points were arranged in the plot.The sample test results show that the environmental quality of soil and groundwater in this plot can meet the requirements of subsequent development and utilization.
