宽筋藤中木脂素类化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对广西产宽筋藤的木脂素类成分进行研究。方法:综合利用硅胶柱层析、反相柱层析、MCI柱层析、凝胶柱层析、高效液相等色谱分离技术对宽筋藤藤茎进行提取分离并纯化,结合波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从宽筋藤中共分离和鉴定了5个化合物,分别为(+)-yangabin(1)、(+)-pinoresionl-O-β-D-glucopyroside(2)、(+)-pinoresinol-monomethylether-β-D-glucoside(3)、Pinoresinol(4)、(+)-syringaresinol(5)。结论:分离得到的化合物类型均为四氢呋喃型木脂素类化合物,为宽筋藤中木脂素类成分分析提供一定的科学依据。Obiective:To study the lignans of Tinospora sinensis from Guangxi.Methods:The stems of Tinospora sinensis was extracted and separated by reversed-phase column chromatography,MCI column chromatography,gel column chromatography,HPLC and other chromatographic separation techniques,the structures were identified by spectral data.Results:Five compounds were seperated and identified as(+)-yangabin(1),(+)-pinoresionl-O-β-D-glucopyroside(2),(+)-pinoresinol-monomethylether-β-D-glucoside(3),Pinoresinol(4),(+)-syringaresinol(5).Conclusion:The isolated compounds are all lignans,which can provide some scientific basis for the analysis of lignans in Tinospora sinensis.
