广西青果核药材性状鉴别及含量测定初探

摘　　要：目的:为进一步完善广西地区青果核药材质量标准,本文对广西地区青果核药材进行性状鉴别及含量测定初探,促进农业废弃物高值化利用,助力中医药产业向循环经济转型。方法:采用粉末显微观察、薄层色谱法对产自广西不同地区的青果核进行性状分析,按照《中国药典》2020版通则对青果核浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水分含量进行测定。结果:对青果核药材的形态特征,横切面、粉末显微特征进行了详细描述,同时对其甲醇提取物进行了薄层定性鉴别。青果核的总灰分在1.47%~4.49%之间,酸不溶性灰分在0.47%~0.95%之间,95%乙醇浸出物结果1.66%~2.48%,水分含量在7.22%~12.57%。结论:本文对青果核性状进行了规范制定,拟定青果核的总灰分百分率不超过5.0%,酸不溶性灰分百分率不超过10.0%,95%乙醇浸出物百分率不低于1.5%,水分百分率不超过14.0%,其结果为建立青果核质量标准研究提供依据,并能有效推动乡村农业循环经济。Objective In order to further improve the quality standard of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch herbs in Guangxi region,this paper carries out the trait identification and content determination of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch herbs in Guangxi region,promotes the high-value utilisation of agricultural wastes,and helps the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine industry into a circular economy.Methods:Traits Analysis of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch.from different regions of Guangxi identified by morphological and microscopic identification and TLC;Determination of extract,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and moisture content of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch.according to general principles of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition.Results:The morphological characteristics,cross-section and powder microscopic characteristics of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch.were described in detail,and used the thin layer chromatography to qualitative identification of its methanol extract.The total ash content of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch.was between 1.47%and 4.49%,the acid-insoluble ash content was 0.47%~0.95%,the 90%ethanol extract was 1.66%~2.48%,and the moisture content was 7.22%~12.57%.Conclusions:The traits of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch.were standardized.The total ash content of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch.should not be more than 5.0%,acid-insoluble ash content should not be more than 10.0%,90%ethanol extract should not be lower than 1.5%,and moisture content should not be more than 14%.The results provide a basis for the establishment of quality standards of Canarium album(Lour.)Raeusch.and also can effectively promote the circular economy of rural agriculture.
