摘 要:依据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版),对化妆品中10种α-羟基酸进行了不确定度评价,通过分析整个实验过程的不确定因素,建立相应的数学模型,计算各组分合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示,当化妆品中葡糖醛酸、酒石酸、羟基乙酸、苹果酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、2-羟基丁酸、扁桃酸、二苯乙醇酸、2-羟基辛酸的质量分数分别为0.876%、0.426%、0.894%、0.892%、1.121%、0.891%、1.119%、0.0231%、0.0213%、0.872%时,其扩展不确定度分别为0.050%、0.023%、0.041%、0.037%、0.052%、0.040%、0.058%、0.00094%、0.0013%、0.042%(k=2,置信水平95%)。实验结果表明,不确定度的主要来源为标准曲线的拟合和重复测定,其次是标准品的纯度和加标回收率。According to the“Technical Code for the Safety of Cosmetics”(2015 Edition),the uncertainty of 10 kinds of α-hydroxy acid in cosmetics was evaluated.Through analyzing the uncertain factors in the whole experimental process,the corresponding mathematical model was established to calculate the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of each component.The results showed that the the extended uncentainties of glucuronic acid,tartaric acid,glycolic acid,malic acid,sarcolactic acid,citrate,2-hydroxybutyric acid,mandelic acid,benzilic acid and 2-hydroxycaprycaprylic acid were 0.050%,0.023%,0.041%,0.037%,0.052%,0.040%,0.058%,0.00094%,0.0013%and 0.042%(confidence level 95%,k=2)when their concents in cosmetics were 0.876%,0.426%,0.894%,0.892%,1.121%,0.891%,1.119%,0.0231%,0.0213%and0.872%.The experimental results show that the main source of the uncertainty is the fitting of the standard curve and measurement repeatability,followed by the standard purity and 00 recovery.
