摘 要:化学反应工程是化工专业的核心课程,教学过程中存在知识掌握难、能力提升难、课程思政融入难等教与学的难点,以气固相反应催化剂中的扩散过程为例,重点探索了加氢脱硫催化剂设计教学案例的应用,通过案例讲解把培养学生知识目标、能力目标和思政目标有机结合起来,更好发挥工科专业课程在培养学生应用能力和立德树人的作用。Chemical reaction engineering is a core course for chemical engineering majors.In the teaching process,there are some difficulties in teaching and learning,such as difficult to master knowledge,improve ability,and integrate ideological and political education.Taking the diffusion process in gas-solid reaction catalysts as an example,this paper focuses on exploring the application of hydrodesulfurization catalyst design teaching case.Through the explanation of this case,the cultivation of students'knowledge goals,ability goals and ideological and political goals are organically combined,so as to play a better role of engineering courses in cultivating application ability and moral education.
