摘　　要：构建具有特色的法律事务专业课程思政体系有利于实现思政元素与法律专业知识的有机融合,通过法律类专业课程思政建设的总体设计,同时结合教学目标和思政育人目标,分别从法律专业平台课、专业核心课、法律职业领域课程设计思政融入点,探索不同类型课程思政元素的融入方法。通过提炼习近平法治思想、中国优秀传统法律文化、部门法自身的思政元素与案例以及社会主义核心价值观的精髓,旨在培养“德法兼修”“品行皆正”的法律职业人才。This paper explores the integration methods of ideological and political elements in different types of courses,summarizes the overall design and main ideas of ideological and political construction of legal courses,realizes the organic integration of ideological and political elements and legal professional knowledge.At the same time,combined with the teaching objectives and the objectives of ideological and political education,it aims to train legal professionals with“morality and law”and“integrity”.
