基于本土传统手工艺资源的“工匠精神”传承与高校思政融合教育模式研究

摘　　要：《中共中央国务院关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》是中国政府为适应新时代的要求而制定的关键政策文件。这一政策的核心目标是加强和优化中国高等教育机构中的思想政治教育。其主要宗旨是在高校学生中培养和提升国家精神,确保他们成为具备社会主义核心价值观的合格继承人。此举不仅旨在传承中华民族的传统精神,也是为了在青年学生中树立正确的社会主义核心价值观和世界观,为未来社会的稳定和发展培养可靠的人才。然而,传统手工艺文化中“精益求精,诚实守信,勤奋敬业”的工匠精神,在当前高校思政教育中普遍缺失,导致学生创造力和创新精神不足。因此,在“课程思政”的“大思政”教育时代背景下,我们应该思考如何通过学习传统优秀文化,汲取精益求精的“工匠精神”,如何把“工匠精神”融入学生的日常学习、生活中,如何将知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造融为一体,加强高校思政教育内容的质量和实效,提高学生的思想素质和综合素质,帮助青年学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。我们需要不断推动课程思政工作的创新和改革,形成新时代深化思想政治理论课建设体系,利于学生学习接受,是本项目所要研究解决的问题。“Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Circumstances by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council”is a significant policy issued in China in the new era,targeting ideological and political work in universities.Its aim is to further strengthen and improve ideological and political education in Chinese universities,to promote national spirit,and to nurture qualified successors for socialism.However,the craftsman spirit of“excellence,honesty and trustfulness,diligence and dedication”in the traditional handicraft culture is generally inadequate in the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities,resulting in the lack of creativity and innovation spirit of students.Therefore,under the background of the“great ideological and political”education era of“curriculum ideology and politics”,we should think deeply on how to learn the excellent“craftsman spirit”by learning from excellent traditional culture,how to integrate the“craftsman spirit”into students’daily study and life,and how to integrate knowledge imparts,ability cultivation and value shaping,and strengthen the quality and effectiveness of the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to improve students’ideological quality and comprehensive quality,and help young students establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.We need to constantly promote the innovation and reform of ideological and political work in the curriculum,and form a system for deepening the construction of ideological and political theory courses in the new era,which is conducive to students’learning and acceptance,which is the problem solved by this project.
