摘  要:本实验采用熔融缩聚法制备聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)。利用聚醚多元醇具有分子高度旋转性的特点,对PBS进行化学改性,合成了聚醚多元醇型PBS。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶红外变换光谱仪(FTIR)、热失重分析仪(TG)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和特性黏度测试手段对实验产物进行结构表征以及性能分析。结果表明:成功合成了具有较高分子量的聚醚多元醇型PBS;改性后PBS热稳定性升高,柔韧性好,更有利于加工制造。In this paper,polybutylene succinate(PBS)was prepared by melt polycondensation method.Utilizing the high molecular rotation offered by polyether polyols,PBS was chemically modified to synthesize polyether polyol-modified PBS.The structural and functional attributes of the experimental product were characterized employing X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and intrinsic viscosity testing methods.The results indicated that a high molecular weight polyether polyol-modified PBS was successfully synthesized.Following modification,the thermal stability of PBS was enhanced,exhibiting improved flexibility,which is more conducive to processing and production.
