摘 要:以钛白粉副产物硫酸亚铁为原料,采用重结晶工艺对硫酸亚铁进行钙镁离子的脱除研究,探究重结晶次数对钙镁离子含量的影响趋势。采用不同的氟化物作为化学沉淀剂,探究不同氟化物对钙镁离子含量的影响,同时确定了电池级硫酸亚铁提纯工艺的工艺参数。实验结果表明:氟化钠对钙镁离子的脱除效果最好,投料质量比为7%,此时反应体系pH为3.49;氟化氢铵对钙镁离子脱除效果第二,投料质量比为10%,此时反应体系pH为3.65;氟化铵对钙镁离子脱除效果第三,投料质量比为10%,此时反应体系pH为4.2。以上三种不同氟化物所在反应体系的反应时间均为2 h,钛白副产物硫酸亚铁中钙镁离子含量均满足电池级硫酸亚铁的要求。The research on the removal of calcium and magnesium ions from ferrous sulfate is carried out through the recrystallization process,using the by-product ferrous sulfate from titanium dioxide as the raw material.Furthermore,the influence trend of recrystallization times on the content of calcium and magnesium ions is explored.Different fluorides are used as chemical precipitant to investigate the effects of different fluorides on the content of calcium and magnesium ions,and the process parameters of the battery-grade ferrous sulfate purification process are determined.The experimental results illustrate,sodium fluoride has the best effect on the removal of calcium and magnesium ions,with the feeding mass ratio 7%and the pH 3.49 of the reaction system.The second effect on the removal of calcium and magnesium ions is ammonium hydrogen fluoride,with the feeding mass ratio 10%and the pH 3.65 of the reaction system.Finally,the third effect on the removal of calcium and magnesium ions is ammonium fluoride,with the feeding mass ratio 10%and the pH 4.2 of the reaction system.The reaction time of the above three different fluorides in the reaction systems is 2 h,and the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the ferrous sulfate by-product from titanium dioxide can meet the requirement of the battery-grade ferrous sulfate.
