摘  要:研究优化了自动冰点倾点凝点测定仪的凝点工作参数,通过手动法测试结果与自动仪器测试结果进行对比,探究仪器的吹气阈值、吹气量和循环干燥时间等参数对实验测试结果的影响,经过优化实验找到全自动微量凝点快速检测仪对车用柴油凝点测定的最佳参数为:吹气量:119 kPa,吹气阈值:6,循环干燥时间:30 s。用手动仪器测量过凝点值的车用柴油样品在该条件下重复测定5次,标准偏差小于0.6,测量误差小于1.0℃。This study optimizes the working parameters of automatic freezing point,pour point and solidification point meter.The working parameters of diesel fuels solidification point meter optimized by comparing the results obtained with the method of manual measurement.The parameters influencing the determination results as:the blowing threshold,the blowing volume and the cyclic drying time.The final conditions for the determination of diesel fuel freezing point were found as follows:the blowing threshold:6,the blowing volume:119 kPa and cyclic drying time:60 s.Under these conditions,the samples were measured,The test was repeated five times with a standard deviation less than 0.6 The quantity error was less than 1.0℃.
