平面型磷-32敷贴器的活度测量研究

摘　　要：本研究目的是建立活度计直接测量平面型磷-32敷贴器活度的方法,为临床治疗瘢痕疙瘩、血管瘤等应用提供准确治疗依据。以磷[32P]酸钠盐口服溶液为原料,制备厚度0.5 mm、尺寸为1×1 cm、2×2 cm、4×4 cm的薄膜敷贴器,用CRC-55tR井型活度计分别以平放、立放、装瓶(西林瓶)平放、装瓶立放四种方式测量活度,并与敷贴器溶解后用液闪仪准确测量的活度相对比,得到准确测量方法。另外对比了2π型平面活度计的测量。实验表明井型活度计平放测量敷贴器的活度与液闪仪差值在3.3%以内,直立测量数据平均高4.1%,误差范围0.6%,装瓶测量数据高29.4%以上。井型活度计平放测量结果与2π型活度计的数据相关性R~2超过0.9999,使用需要做好相关校准工作。研究结论说明平放在井型活度计测量室底部可以较为准确测量平面型敷贴器的活度。The purpose of this study is to establish a method of directly measuring the activity of flat phosphorus-32 applicator,so as to provide an accurate treatment basis for the clinical treatment of keloid and hemangioma.In phosphorus[32P]acid sodium salt oral solution as raw material,thin film applicator with thickness of 0.5mm,size of 1×1cm,2×2 cm and 4×4 cm was prepared.The applicator was measured by the CRC-55tR well type activity meter in four ways:flat,vertical,bottling(penicillin bottle)flat and bottling vertical.The activity was compared with the activity accurately measured by a liquid scintillation instrument after the applicator was dissolved,and an accurate measurement method was obtained.Additionally,a comparison was made among the measurements of a 2π type planar activity meter.The experiment shows that the difference between the activity measured by the well type activity meter and the liquid scintillation spectrometer is within 3.3%,with an average increase of 4.1%in vertical measurement data(with an error range of 0.6%)and a 29.4%higher increase in bottled measurement data.The correlation R2 between the squared measurement results of the well type activity meter and the data of the 2πtype activity meter exceeds 0.9999.The use needs to do the relevant calibration work.The conclusion shows that the activity of flat applicator can be measured accurately.
