摘 要:目的:探讨硝唑尼特联合布地奈德给药对卵清蛋白诱导的小鼠哮喘的治疗作用。方法:50只健康雌性BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、硝唑尼特组、布地奈德组、硝唑尼特和布地奈德联合给药组5组,每组10只动物,利用卵清蛋白诱导的哮喘小鼠模型,评估硝唑尼特和布地奈德联合治疗后小鼠的气道阻力,检测小鼠肺泡灌洗液中炎性细胞数量,对小鼠肺部进行HE染色观察肺部病理情况。结果:硝唑尼特联合布地奈德可降低哮喘小鼠的气道阻力(P<0.01),降低肺泡灌洗液中的炎性细胞数(P<0.01),并可缓解哮喘小鼠的肺部炎症浸润。结论:硝唑尼特具有抗炎、气管舒张和抑制气道重塑的作用,布地奈德抗炎活性较高,但气管舒张和抑制气道重塑作用不足,二者联合应用后可发挥协同作用,对哮喘症状有更好的改善效果。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of nitazoxanide combined with budesonide on ovalbumin-induced asthma in mice.Methods:Fifty healthy female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,model group,nitazoxanide group,budesonide group,and nitazoxanide combined with budesonide group,with 10 animals in each group.An ovalbumin-induced asthma mouse model was used to assess airway resistance after combined treatment with nitazoxanide and budesonide.The number of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)was measured,and lung tissue was stained with hematoxylin and eosin(HE)to observe lung pathology.Results:Nitazoxanide combined with budesonide significantly reduced airway resistance(P<0.01),decreased the number of inflammatory cells in BALF(P<0.01),and alleviated pulmonary inflammation in asthmatic mice.Conclusion:Nitazoxanide exhibits anti-inflammatory effects,bronchial dilation,and inhibition of airway remodeling.Budesonide has a strong anti-inflammatory effect but lacks sufficient bronchial dilation and airway remodeling inhibition.The combination of the two drugs produces a synergistic effect,resulting in better improvement of asthma symptoms.
